Koza

Koza is a Windows application for interactive simulation of a relationship between the area + the position of goat's pen and the edge of the land. The land has a shape as it is shown on the first picture. By clicking the left mouse button, the length of the imaginary rope, which tethers the goat to the stick lengthens or shrinks depending on the distance between the cursor and the imaginary stick, which is represented as a small cross. By clicking the right mouse button, this cross moves to the location of the cursor. After both of these mouse events the program recalculates the percentage of the goat's part of the land. This is the main purpose of the program.

In the "Middle and Radius" dialog the user may enter manually the length of the rope and the position of the stick. This is of course more precise way than mouse input. In the "Percentage" dialog it is possible to enter the percentage of the land, that the goat should have. This reverses the application's functionality, which means, that then the program calculates the length of the rope necessary to satisfy the entered percentage.
