Printing capabilities

Almost all important information about offers and requests can be printed. This includes offer sheets, advertisements, detailed information about offers/requests and lists of offers/requests printed in the same way as they are displayed in the List view.

The user may directly print the desired information or he may display the print preview first. In both cases the print dialog appears first. There the user can choose from 5 different kinds of printing outputs for offers and from 3 kinds for requests. In the same dialog the user may also select a header and a footer, which will be included in all printed pages. For both header and footer it is possible to display text and/or picture logo. The font and placement of the text can be specified in the text settings dialog. In the picture settings dialog the user can specify placement and size of a picture, which is especially useful when displaying metafile pictures.

For all printing outputs it is possible to use multiselection. For example the user makes a custom filter in the Function tree, then he selects all filtered fields in the List view and displays a print preview for a list of fields. Finally, the user simply clicks the "Print" button and a printed list of filtered fields for a customer is ready.
