Complex filtering of offers/requests - the user may filter fields by up to 11 criteria, including type of realty, price of realty, location of realty, date of field creation, date of field validity, total area of realty and other.

Numbers generation - in RealPC it is possible to choose from two kinds of field numbering: numbers placed by program and numbers entered by user. When the user chooses to use numbers entered by user, he may use a built-in number formatting mechanism. By using flags (%N for number, %Y for year with century, ...) the user builds his own format of numbering, which is then used for all newly added offers/requests.

Events - RealPC is not just a software for recording offers/requests, but it also helps the user to effectively save time and work effort. After choosing "Events" in the Function tree the List view displays all events for the current day. The list then contains fields with information about offers and requests whose validity will expire soon, about necessity to contact owners of requests (contact period and type of contact can be specified particularly for each request), fields with user events, which the user can enter anywhere in the program by clicking the F2 function key, with plug-in events, etc.

Plug-ins support - the extensibility of the program is ensured by plug-ins support. Plug-ins are DLLs written for RealPC, which extend it's functionality. There are 4 types of plug-in modules. Common plug-ins, independent on list type, Offer plug-ins, which can be run only when offers are displayed in the List view, Request plug-ins, runable only from request lists and Address plug-ins, runable only from list of addresses. Offer, Request and Address plug-ins work only when one or more fields are selected in the List view. These selected fields are then passed into the plug-in and the plug-in works with just these selected fields. Plug-ins examples are: Export into Word, Export into HTML, various printing plug-ins, ...
